Delete your account

You can delete your Pingik account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Pingik and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or, if you used Sign in with Apple or Google, the email of that Apple or Google account) with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Straight away: you’re signed out on every device, Pingik clears the phone you deleted from, and your email address, name and Apple or Google sign-in identifiers are removed from your account.
• Within 30 days: your tasks, notes, lists, settings and subscription records with us are permanently erased.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pingik Pro subscription — Apple and Google bill it, not us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings → Subscriptions.
