These terms apply when you use the Pingik app for iPhone and Android. By using Pingik you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The service
Pingik helps you capture tasks, often by voice, and reminds you about them. You can use it as a guest or with an account (Apple, Google or email).
Pingik turns what you say into a task automatically, and it can get things wrong — a date, a time, a word. Always check the task on the review screen before you save it. Don’t rely on Pingik for anything where a missed or late reminder could cause harm, such as medication schedules, medical, legal or safety-critical deadlines. Reminders depend on your phone’s settings (notifications, Focus modes, battery saving) and we can’t guarantee they arrive.
Your account
Keep access to your sign-in method safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. Guest data lives on your device and our server, but it can be lost if you delete the app or change phones before signing in.
Your content
Your tasks and notes are yours. You give us permission to store, process and sync them only so we can run Pingik for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don’t use Pingik to break the law or to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.
Pingik Pro
- Pingik Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play.
- The yearly plan may start with a free trial for new subscribers. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change; we’ll tell you before a price change affects you, as the stores require.
The free plan keeps up to 15 open tasks at a time and does not include voice-to-task, repeating tasks, or Done and Snooze on reminders.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Pingik running, but it’s provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we make significant changes to these terms, we’ll update the version date and tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pingik is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a missed, late or wrong reminder or task. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Ending
You can stop using Pingik and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Apple
If you downloaded Pingik from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
